LandArc is looking for an experienced individual to serve as the Lifestyle Director for a new Active Adult community by Del Webb.  Carolina Arbors is located in beautiful Raleigh, North Carolina and will host 1,350 homes with elaborate amenities.

Let’s take a moment to look back at the way things used to be done: in the past (some parts of the world still do this today), extended families used to live under one roof. Children would take care of their aging parents until the end. Today’s fast paced American Society has resulted in an industry that takes care of the elderly. With the life expectancy now raised by ten years, who knows what the future will be like when today’s youth reach the age of retirement?
